We want you to be happy with your order. If something's wrong, reach out and we'll make it right.
Returns You may request a return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Singles can be returned if they don't match the listing's stated condition. Graded slabs can be returned if damaged in shipping or if the card doesn't match the listing — not for disagreeing with the grade. Sealed product must still be sealed to be returned.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund, no extra cost to you.
How to start a return Email [email protected] with your order number and what you're returning. Please don't send items back before reaching out.
Refunds Once we receive and check the return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Non-returnable Opened sealed product, final sale items, and gift cards/store credit.
