Who we are PokeDuo is a family-run trading card business based in Washington State. You can reach us at [email protected].
Eligibility You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your location, or have a parent/guardian's consent.
Products and pricing We do our best to describe and grade cards accurately, but listings can contain errors, and inventory can sell out. We may cancel or limit any order. Prices are in USD and don't include shipping or tax unless stated.
Orders and payment Placing an order is an offer to buy — we can accept or decline it. Payment is handled by our payment processor; by checking out, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.
Shipping Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we're not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you at delivery.
Returns Covered by our Refund Policy.
Gift cards Gift cards are redeemable for PokeDuo purchases only, don't expire, and aren't refundable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift card codes can't be replaced.
Acceptable use Don't use the site for anything illegal, or try to access parts of it you're not authorized to. You're responsible for your account and its activity.
Ownership Site content, the PokeDuo name, and our listings belong to us. Card names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders (Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast, etc.) — we're not affiliated with them.
Liability The site and products are provided "as is." Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Changes We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.
